The
United States of America has asked the Federal Government to bring to
justice the killers of about 90 students of the College of Agriculture,
Gujba, Yobe State.
The US said those responsible for the killing of the students and others had no place in a democratic society.
A statement by the spokesman for the US Department of State, Jen Psaki, on Tuesday, said it was important to bring those responsible for the massacre to justice and ensure the protection of civilians and respect for the rule of law.
The US Government condemned the Boko Haram attackers and said its prayers and thoughts were with the families of the deceased students.
It urged the FG to work together with the families of the victims and affected communities to find and bring those responsible for the spate of violence to justice.
