Stop calling SFI your Job, or saying you Work for SFI.
SFI is not a job unless you work at the headquarters in Lincoln Nebraska USA.
Legally you are a contractor who provides marketing services to the company. You fully own your business and are paid based on your results. IN a Network Marketing program like SFI you can locate sub-contractors like most construction companies do and earn a commission on the work they do as well.
SFI provides training like a franchise business or blueprint for building success.
SFI provides a Storefront for you to promote called TripleClicks, that store has over 114,000 products you can earn from, and all you have to do is promote the store or promote the individual products that are of interest to you and your contacts.. Again you call the shots and decide what happens in your business.
A Job is a fixed income for a fixed amount of work. With SFI you are not required for a minimum number of hours or limited to a maximum number of hours and as you learn the system your earnings per hour have no limit to how high they can grow. In your JOB you would have to be a lawyer to make $200 an hour but with SFI you may put 10 hours a week in to generate 2,000.00 a week in earnings, but also understand that you have every risk a business has as well.
Especially early on you may wind up earning pennies per hour until your business grows. You may also invest several hundred dollars to get going strong before you have a regular income building and start to see a return on your investment. The amount and type of investment can lead you to great things but no amount of money can replace hard work so plan for both. Be consistent.
Like any business you must know your product and know your customer so be dedicated to learn something new every day.
Be flexible and use a variety of ads in a number of places and track results. If you are getting very poor results on one site try changing the add to one that is performing somewhere else, keep testing and if needed cut your advertising out on sites that simply don't perform.
Even if you are a free member with no money to your name when you make money reinvest a large share of it into your business until your income is at or above your business goals. You will see some lean months and you may even wonder if it's worth it but I am telling you that every self made millionaire has filled those exact same shoes and been where you are.
Be bold, be confident, you are a business owner and aspiring leader, your fate is in your hands.
